The portal application is built with Next, serving as the full-stack framework. It uses React for the UI layer, Tailwind for styling, and shadcn/ui for prebuilt UI components. The application is currently hosted on Vercel, but there are plans to migrate it to Azure to gain greater infrastructure control and flexibility.
