End User Individual Porting is another porting that users can see when they add “/transfer” to the application URL.

How it works

  1. The user specifies the phone number to which the confirmation code is sent.
  2. The user does not provide the phone number information required for the transfer
  3. The user waits for the transfer to be confirmed

End User Individual Porting FLOW

First, the user is greeted with a page explaining how End user individual porting works in general. Then you need to enter information about yourself (first name, last name, and email). The email must be valid, unique, and must match any active companies on the Telgea platform. The next step is to choose a country. Then the user must enter the number to be ported. After entering the number, the user receives a confirmation code on the phone, after entering which the user moves to the next step. The next step is to choose whether the number is a business or personal number. After selecting the type of number, the user needs to enter the name of the Сurrent Carrier and the Porting Code. Each country has its own prompt to be entered. Then the user needs to enter the date of porting, which can be at least 7 days and up to 3 months from today. After that, the user can request a transfer. After a successful transfer, the user receives a notification to the specified email. On the Overview page, a new person with a number to be ported appears. A notification is sent to the action notification that the person needs a room transfer. The number can be confirmed only by the superadmin by clicking the publish button and entering the necessary information for the transfer.
