A card without a number has a username and email on the top of the card, as well as one Person Info tab.The Person Info tab contains information about the user’s name, email, and team. The user can also add a number to this card or remove it completely.
A card with Active ESIM status has a country and phone number at the top of the card. It also has 3 tabs: Personal Info, Number info, Manage Plan.The Personal info tab contains all the information about the user.The Number info tab contains information about the number. That is, status, Puk code and Pin code. The [Reset and resend Local eSIM] and [Reset and resend Data eSIM] buttons reset the card data and send messages to the user’s email where he/she can set the number again. These buttons can be pressed only once per day. This functionality does not work for UK numbers, the user is redirected to the Contact Supprot window.The Manage plan tab contains the amount of the current plan, its settings, and the [Terminate Plan] button, which allows the user to terminate the number and delete the user.
A card with Transferring status has a country and phone number at the top of the card. It also has 2 tabs: Personal Info, Transfer status.The Personal info tab contains all the information about the user.The Transfer status tab displays the message “Phone number is being transferred”
A card with Inactive status has a country and phone number at the top of the card. It also has 2 tabs: Personal Info, Number History.The Personal info tab contains all the information about the user. Fields cannot be edited.The Number History tab displays all the numbers that this user had before
