The user can create people on the pop-up window for creating different elements. People can be added manually or from the HRM system.

Manual addition of people

When choosing the option to add people manually, the user must enter the person’s First and Last Name, as well as email, and optionally add them to the team. After adding one person, the user can immediately add another. Each user can have the same first and last name, but the email must be unique for each person. After creation, the person is displayed on the Overview page without a number.

Editing information about a person

After creating a person, on the Overview page, the user can open the user’s card and change all the information in it and add it to the team
