There are two ways to add a number to a person.
Through the card of a person who does not have a number
Through the pop-up window for adding new items
In both cases, the user is redirected to the Number options page, where they can choose to create a new number.You can create a number for several countries: USA, UK, Denmark, France, Germany, and Sweden. Each country has its own plan price.After choosing a country, the user needs to select the person to whom the new number will be assigned. You can either select a person from the list or create one yourself. To create a new person, you need to enter their first name, last name and unique email.After selecting a person, the user proceeds to the last step of creating a number: final data verification. Here, the user can change the person or delete it completely and start creating the number from the beginning.After the number is created, the selected user’s number appears on the Overview page in the Active eSIM status.In some cases, there is a delay from when the number is ordered until it is received and can be sent to the owner. Therefore, after creating a number, then if the number is still pending, the Plans Overview should display the number as “Provisioning”.
When the number is ready, the user will receive an email.When adding numbers from a person’s card, the second step of selecting a person is skipped, because the person from whose card the new number creation flow was opened is already selected.
